The Full Playbook To Install AI-EVP 2.0
⭕️Leadership Training as we know it is finished.
For two decades, the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) has been the centerpiece of corporate storytelling, the pact between the organization and its people. It told candidates what they could expect, and it told leaders what they owed.
That pact is now breaking.
AI has rewritten the physics of work: speed, scale, and substitution. But the EVP, the human script, hasn’t caught up. Most companies are still selling belonging and purpose while quietly re-architecting roles, automating tasks, and re-routing career ladders. The contradiction is visible to everyone inside the system.
Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends 2025 calls this “the new EVP tension”: employees want agency in how they work with AI, not just safety from it.
Meanwhile, PwC’s AI Jobs Barometer 2025 finds that AI-intensive firms generate three times higher revenue per employee, proof that the right human-AI model pays.
